Another Late Hopped IPA

In a continued effort to use up the whole-cone hops that are in my chest freezer, I brewed another big, late-hopped IPA last week, on Tuesday, May 19th.

For this batch, I mini-mashed 2lbs of torrified wheat at 154 degrees for an hour, then topped off with water, added 6.6lbs of light liquid malt extract, and 2 lbs of dry malt extract.

for hops, I did:

60 minutes:  1 lbs mix of belma/bravo/calypso

10 minutes: 1 lb mix of belma/bravo/calypso

5 minutes: 1 lb mix of belma/bravo/calypso

0 minutes:  2.5 ounces of calypso (I just threw in the remainder of the bag).

I chilled to 70 degrees and pitched US-05 yeast.

OG was 1.068

I plan to dryhop first with a 3 ounce mix of belma/bravo/calypso, then with 1 ounce of mosaic.
